Here are the steps on how to do it:
Download the free trial version of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 from Adobe
Follow the instructions on how to install it on trial version
Launch the installed program and begin the trial
Close the program and download this dll file (this is for 32-bit).
Paste it to this directory: ( C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 ) and replace the one inside
That's it.
